  • The buyer assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and application of the chemicals purchased.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to review the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) provided and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.

  • We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the improper use, handling, or storage of our products.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Bibi Saintifik's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;

  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
